Coating

Once formulated, the adhesive must be applied onto a carrier to create an adhesive complex: the one into which your dressing will later be die-cut. 

Laboratoires Coluxia houses a flexible and compact coating line capable of coating all our adhesive formulations on a wide range of high-quality carriers (rigid or elastic wovens, PE & PU films, non-wovens) in weights ranging from 15 to 300g/m², while maintaining optimum deposition regularity.

Our collaboration with the Gergonne group also enables us to produce full coating, reserved coating, line coating or even zone-coatings. Focused on customer satisfaction and the development of custom adhesive devices, we are naturally able to produce coatings on very small widths of 250mm for your prototypes.

Thanks to its human-scale structure, Laboratoires Coluxia offer reactive organization and flexible manufacturing processes, with minimum launch quantities of 300m². In parallel, for larger projects, our annual coating capacity is 500,000m²/year (and up to 20,000,000m²/year at our parent company Gergonne Industrie).
